肉用鶏に、乾燥納豆粉末を0日齢より1％（1％区）及び2％（2％区）、28日齢より２％（２％（28日齢から）区）配合した飼料を給与し、飼養成績（育成成績、発育体重、飼料摂取量及び飼料要求率）に及ぼす影響を検討した。 発育体重は、雄では2％区が良好な成績を示した。雌では乾燥納豆給与区と対照区の間に大きな違いは認められなかった。飼料要求率は、雄では2％区が対照区に比べて有意に（p＜0.05）優れていた。
