A Case of Fanconi's Syndrome Induced by Adefovir in Hepatitis Type B Patient

B型慢性肝炎に対し，ラミブジン（lamivudine：LAM）投与が開始されたが，耐性株出現のためアデホビル（adefovir dipivoxil：ADV）を追加された．その後，脆弱性骨折を繰り返し，腎性尿糖，低カリウム血症，低尿酸血症，低リン血症，汎アミノ酸尿，高ALP血症などの所見から，アデホビルによる薬剤性Fanconi症候群と診断した．アデホビルを中止しエンテカビル（entecavir：ETV）へ変更したところ，各検査所見は改善傾向を示した．Fanconi症候群はあらゆる薬剤で起こる可能性があり，最も注意すべき副作用の1つである．
