[[abstract]]本文旨在探討一位國民小學校長的英語教學領導之內涵與具體作為，本研究以某一公立國民小學校長為研究對象，進行單一個案研究，資料蒐集與分析則運用觀察、訪談分析為主，以期能對校長進行教學領導於實際學科之具體作為更能瞭解，以三個層面來看待校長的教學領導，第一為校長的英語教學領導理念、第二為學校經營理念、第三則是教師專業議題，再以五個教學領導面向來分析一位校長的英語教學領導的具體作為；研究結果指出學校校長須有執行力貫徹課程，並提出研究建議。
