Efficient Identification of Hepatitis C Virus-Positive Cases within a Medical Institution and Their Treatment Outcomes Aimed at Promoting Direct-Acting Antiviral Therapy Introduction

C型肝炎ウイルス（HCV）陽性例に対するDAA治療促進は喫緊の課題である．2023年4月の検査結果説明漏れ防止策の強化を契機に，医療安全管理室，データセンター，中央検査室が連携し，DWH/BIツールを活用しながらHCV抗体価も考慮し治療対象例を迅速かつ効率的に拾い上げる仕組みを構築した．さらに肝臓専門医を中心に，非専門診療科医や地域連携医とも協同して，対象例に対し直接的に個別勧奨した．Retrospective拾い上げ群（21年12月～23年3月）で15例（HCVRNA陽性例の45.5%），DWH/BIツールを活用したProspective拾い上げ群（23年4月～24年12月）では33例（同67.3%）に治療導入され，その結果治療例は22年6例から，23年18例，24年24例に増加した．治療対象例の迅速で効率的な拾い上げと直接的な治療勧奨は，医療機関内でのDAA治療促進に極めて有用である．
