A MULTI-INSTITUTIONAL SURVEY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC PATIENT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEMS FOR BLOOD COLLECTION AND ADMINISTRATION

採血前や輸血前での患者照合システムの運用状況と，システムの院内採用後に発生した患者誤認のインシデントおよびアクシデントに関し，多施設アンケート調査を実施した．2020年10月から2022年3月までに26施設より調査票が提出された．採血前は15施設（58％），輸血前は25施設（96％）で患者照合システムが採用されていた．手術室，救急外来，血管造影室等では，システムが導入できていない施設が報告された．システム採用後のインシデントおよびアクシデントは12施設より70例が報告され，うち52例（74％）はシステムを導入している場所で発生した．内容は，別患者から採血した（17例），患者照合せずに輸血した（8例），別患者の血液製剤を輸血した（7例）等であった．52例中41例（79％）では，事例発生時に患者照合システムが適切に使用されていなかった．理由は，患者照合の必要性を知らなかった（9例），患者照合を忘れた（5例），緊急対応のため患者照合をスキップした（3例）等であった．患者照合システムの導入を推進し，確実に患者照合してもらうため，システムの有用性を輸血部門が積極的に臨床側に発信する必要がある．

とは献血の将来を考えていく上で重要である．アンケート方式による 50 項目の意識調査を行い，献血に関する高校 生への広報や教育の現状と高校生の意識を調査した． 調査は連結不可能の疫学調査として行い， 35 校中 30 校から協 力が得られ，調査対象 16,333 人のうち 15,521 人(95.0%)より回答を得た．男性49.3％，女性は 49.8％ であった． 献血を経験した高校生は 1,198 人(7.7％)で，未経験者は 88.6％ であった．疲労感や睡眠不足，ダイエット等は 採血の際に注意すべき生活習慣である．献血可能年齢と体重，献血場所，献血に関わるリスク，血液の海外依存度等
