マシニングセンタには，テーブルやコラムの移動に伴って各種の幾何偏差（位置偏差と角度偏差）が発生する．本研究は，これらの全幾何偏差をマシニングセンタ上に固定配置したレーザ測長用の干渉計と反射鏡を用いてインプロセス測定することを目指している. 本報では，ロールの測定に着目して実験を行ったので,その結果について報告する.
