Networked Solid Polymer Electrolyte Enabling 5C Fast Cycling and Enhanced Stability of Oriented LiCoO 2 All‐Solid‐State Thin Film Batteries

Yi‐Xiu Chen, Minh Le Nguyen, Pin‐Chuan Chao, Arijit Mitra et autres

ABSTRACT Polyethylene oxide (PEO)‐based solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) have emerged as promising candidates for advancing the all‐solid‐state lithium metal batteries (ASSLMBs) market. However, conventional PEO‐based SPEs exhibit low room‐temperature (RT) ionic conductivity and limited oxidative stability (restricted to ∼4.2 V), which impedes …

Process‐Dependent Performance of FAMAPbI 3 Perovskite Solar Cells Fabricated by One‐Step and Two‐Step Methods

Shanmuganathan Venkatesan, Chun‐Pao Chuang, Hsisheng Teng, Yuh‐Lang Lee

A comprehensive comparison was conducted between formamidinium–methylammonium lead iodide (FAMAPbI 3 ) perovskite solar cells (PSCs) fabricated using an optimized one‐step process in a glovebox and a two‐step method under ambient air to identify the key factors governing performance and stability. Systematic …

In situ formation of solid-state polymer electrolytes with dynamic covalent network and flame-retardant phosphazene moiety for high performance lithium metal batteries

Thi-Ngoc Pham, Xiu-Hao Chen, Chia-Hui Shen, Hsisheng Teng et autres

We report in situ synthesis of PEs comprised of flame-retardant phosphazene and EO/PO-based oligomers via Schiff-based crosslinking. The PEs exhibit good electrochemical properties, exceptional thermal stability, and inherent flame retardancy.

Ceramic‐Induced Polymer Reconstruction to Promote Li + Migration in Electrolyte and Interphase Layers of Solid‐State Lithium Batteries

C. S. Wu, Liang‐Ting Wu, Wen‐Lan Wu, Yannik Schneider et autres

Abstract Ceramic‐polymer composite electrolytes are promising in developing solid‐state lithium batteries (SLBs), but the synergy between the ceramic and polymer is limited to “physical” promotion in mechanical and ion‐conductive properties of the electrolytes. Herein, a garnet‐type ceramic electrolyte is introduced into a …
