Association between the utilization of off-campus instructors and club activity instructors and the health status of teachers in high school club activities

高校の部活動における部活動指導員および外部指導者の活用状況を明らかにし，顧問教員の健康状態との関連を検討した．全国の高校のすべての顧問教員を対象とした．調査項目は学校（地域，設置，生徒数），部（種目，部員数，部員の性，活動状況，目標），顧問教員（性，年齢，教員免許，教員歴，婚姻，喫煙，飲酒，運動，既往歴，主観的健康感，K6，部活動指導員の活用の有無，外部指導者の活用の有無）の要因とした．解析は部活動指導員および外部指導者を活用している者の割合を算出した．次いで主観的健康感の良さに対する部活動指導員活用ありのオッズ比，K6得点の高さに対する部活動指導員活用ありのオッズ比を算出した．同様に外部指導者活用ありのオッズ比も算出した．7,892人から回答を得た．部活動指導員を活用している顧問教員は7.4%，外部指導者を活用している顧問教員は22.0％であった．オッズ比は，文化部では主観的健康感，K6得点ともに有意な関連が見られなかった．一方，運動部では部活動指導員を活用している顧問教員は健康状態が悪かった（オッズ比（95％信頼区間），主観的健康感（良い／悪い）：0.74（0.55-0.98），K6得点（13点以上／4点以下）：1.68（1.19-2.37））．部活動指導員は外部指導者より活用が進んでおらず，運動部では外部指導者を活用している顧問教員は健康状態が良いが，部活動指導員を活用している顧問教員は健康状態が悪いことが明らかになった．今後縦断的な研究が望まれる．
