北京动物园圈养黑冠鹤血变原虫的流行情况

以2017—2023年北京动物园饲养的17只黑冠鹤（Balearica pavonina）为研究对象，共采集37份外周血样本，对其血孢子虫流行情况进行调查。通过血孢子虫Cyt b基因巢式PCR检测、BLAST序列比对和形态学观察，结果显示：6只引进的成年个体血孢子虫检测呈阳性且持续带毒，无临床症状，感染率为35.29%；虫体基因序列（命名为hBALPAV01）与已报道的来自卢旺达的灰冠鹤（B.regulorum）血变原虫（Haemoproteus antigonis）进化支（BAREGI210）匹配度达到100.0％，与我国报道的来自白鹤（Leucogeranus leucogeranus）和丹顶鹤（Grus japonensis）的H.antigonis进化支（hGRUVIP01）有25个碱基差异，相似性仅为94.4%；结合虫体形态学，确定该寄生虫为H.antigonis。对2018—2022年北京动物园繁殖的10只F1代个体进行检测（其中9只成功采样），结果均呈阴性，推测H.antigonis进化支（hBALPAV01）是随黑冠鹤引进而传入我国，并随动物转移输入北京动物园，但通过垂直传播方式感染后代的可能性相对较小。研究结果可为鹤类种群发展和疾病防控提供科学依据。
