The role of 68Ga-FAPi PET/CT in Staging and Restaging of Breast Cancer Subtypes with Limited 18F-FDG Uptake

Gamze Beydağı, Nalan Alan Selçuk, Kaan Akçay, Ayşegül Görmez et autres

Objectives: F-FDG PET/CT has low sensitivity. Methods: ) of primary tumors and metastases were recorded for both tracers and compared using paired t-tests. Results: in primary lesions and metastases (p<0.05). Conclusion: F-FDG-avid subtypes-supporting its potential role in clinical decision-making and treatment planning.

Dose–Response and survival analysis after transarterial radioembolization for intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma: A multicenter multicompartment dosimetry study

Çiğdem Soydal, Tunc Ones, Murat Fani Bozkurt, Emine Göknur Işık et autres

AIM: We aimed to report real-world outcomes of transarterial radioembolization (TARE) in patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC), focusing on different microsphere types and posttreatment dosimetric approaches in relation to dose-response and survival analyses. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This multicenter retrospective single-arm cohort study …

Tumor absorbed dose and outcomes after Y-90 glass radioembolization for colorectal liver metastases: does dose escalation improve survival in real-world practice?

Osman Melih Topçuoğlu, Betul Uzunoglu, Tolga Orhan, Ismail Necim Yucel et autres

PURPOSE: To assess the dose-response and dose-survival outcomes of yttrium-90 (Y90) transarterial radioembolization (TARE) using Therasphere microspheres in patients with colorectal cancer liver metastases (CRCLM). MATERIAL AND METHODS: Between May 2014 and December 2024, patients with chemorefractory CRCLM who underwent Y90 TARE …
