症例は65歳，女性．若年性アルツハイマー病，2型糖尿病で近医より往診中であったが，C型慢性肝炎（genotype 2型）に対する抗ウイルス療法の希望があり，当院受診となった．若年性アルツハイマー病のため錠剤の服用が困難な状況にあったため，ソホスブビル/レジパスビル配合錠の粉砕品による治療を12週行い，治療開始後8週目でHCVRNA陰性化を認め，SVR12が得られた．C型慢性肝炎の抗ウイルス療法において，錠剤の服用が困難な症例で，粉砕投与による内服治療が奏功した症例を経験したので報告する．
