<p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Overall objective</strong></p><p class="ql-align-justify">To strengthen communication on the shared values between the European Union and Cabo Verde, the mutual benefits of the Special Partnership, and the priorities for political dialogue and bilateral cooperation.</p><p class="ql-align-justify"><strong>Specific objective(s)</strong></p><ol><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>To communicate proactively about the values, interests and benefits of the Special Partnership, highlighting the role of the European Union as Cabo Verde¿s political and strategic ally;</li><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>To integrate a <strong>Team Europe</strong> approach in communication, giving visibility to Team Europe Initiatives and to the EU¿s <strong>Global Gateway Strategy</strong>;</li><li data-list="bullet" class="ql-indent-1"><span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false"></span>To communicate relevant actions in a simple, appropriate and audience-adapted way.</li></ol><p><br></p>
