Contract FED/2017/383-422 (Kariba Dam - Reshaping of the Plunge Pool) - Addendum no 7 (Global Settlement Agreement)

<p class="ql-align-justify"><em>Following the ¿Global Settlement Agreement¿ signed by the Contractor and the Contracting Authority, and endorsed for financing by the European Union on 27 November 2025</em>, <em>the Contract Price is amended to include the amount to be paid to the Contractor in full and final settlement of all claims for extension of time and additional payment, as specified in the said Global Settlement Agreement. The Period for implementation of tasks is extended by fifteen (15) days, up to and including 17 September 2024, as granted to the Contractor under the same Global Settlement Agreement, waiving all Contracting Authority¿s rights to claim any liquidated damages for delay against the Contractor under the Contract.</em></p>
