Client VFBv2.4.5.10: a mesh body that breaks off part-way is resumed from the last byte parsed (Range), on the next host, checked against the file's ETag so nothing from another version is ever spliced in. A drop that made progress no longer counts as a failed attempt, so a long transfer on a weak link is not handed to the server fallback for being interrupted. Bounded at 8 resumes per load. geomfail/georecover carry :rN when a load resumed; aN is now every request the load made. Relies on Access-Control-Expose-Headers: ETag, Content-Range, Accept-Ranges from the data hosts (set in HAProxy); falls back to Last-Modified and Content-Length without it. Verified end to end on v2-dev.
