This Zenodo repository contains all source data pertinent for the creation of figures in the work conducted in "High-resolution binding data of TFIID and cofactors show promoter-specific differences" from the Zeitlinger lab. Questions about this dataset can be referred to Melanie Weilert (mweilert@stowers.org) or Julia Zeitlinger (jbz@stowers.org). The file "Kc167_narrow_TSS_integrated_promoter_dataset.xlsx" contains metadata pertaining to each Drosophila promoter, including transcription levels, motifs found around promoters, and TFIID binding levels. The file "source_data.tar.gz" is a repository of all intermediate data files created using analysis code (deposited in GitHub) such that a reader can reproduce any of the figures. They are stratified by which figure is being created.
