GeoTransfer-MT: research data and reproducibility archive for blind cross-project transfer of a seismic–pressuremeter model between two metro projects
Le résumé fourni par la source
This record provides the public, non-confidential analytical and reproducibility materials supporting the manuscript “Blind cross-project transfer of a seismic-to-pressuremeter stiffness model between two metro projects: a borehole-aware external validation.” The reproducibility package is publicly available in Zenodo at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22865955. The study evaluates whether a seismic–pressuremeter relationship calibrated on the Isfahan Metro Line 2 project transfers to the independent Tabriz Metro Line 2 project without refitting. The archived materials document a provenance-controlled, borehole-aware analytical workflow comprising source-data harmonization, deterministic same-borehole seismic–pressuremeter matching using pressuremeter interval-midpoint support, source-only model selection, model freezing, blind external prediction, and post-blind transfer-forensics diagnostics. The release contains the analytical workbooks, machine-readable summary and diagnostic data, final manuscript Figure 1–8 assets, supplementary tables, provenance and reproducibility documentation, analysis and audit scripts, computational-environment specifications, and SHA-256 file-integrity information. The materials support audit and reproduction of the reported manuscript-level derived analyses and summary metrics, including the grouped source validation, the primary 36-pair Tabriz external-validation branch, the 46-pair raw sensitivity, the 9-pair pressuremeter no-reuse sensitivity, borehole-cluster uncertainty analysis, domain- and support-shift diagnostics, joint-support assessment, and borehole-influence analysis. The underlying Isfahan Metro Line 2 and Tabriz Metro Line 2 geotechnical, seismic, and pressuremeter source records are owned by third-party project stakeholders and are not publicly redistributable. Accordingly, original source workbooks, proprietary project documents, borehole coordinates and other spatially identifying information, and other restricted source-derived records are excluded from this public archive. Permission was obtained to use and publish the derived, non-identifying analytical information included in the release. The public package is intended to support transparent audit, reproducibility, and verification of the published derived analyses while respecting restrictions on the underlying project records. Complete reconstruction of row-level analyses from the original source records requires authorized access to the restricted third-party data. The archive is versioned to preserve a fixed and auditable record of the computational materials associated with the manuscript.
