Le résumé fourni par la source
R analysis code and aggregate results for a community-based cross-sectional study of HBV exposure, conditional HBsAg positivity, and anti-HDV seroprevalence in three rural villages of Nehbandan County, eastern Iran. The package includes primary Firth regression, education and occupation sensitivity models, missing-age scenarios, participant-level missing-outcome bounds, flexible-age birth-cohort comparisons, exact binomial estimates, and code and geographic inputs for the study figures. Participant-level clinical data are not included. Access to the restricted study data requires a request to the corresponding author and approval from Birjand University of Medical Sciences. Original code is MIT licensed; documentation and aggregate numerical outputs are CC BY 4.0. Third-party geographic data retain the licenses described in the package.
