This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of staff turnover in preschool educational organizations, its primary causes, and strategies for its prevention. The study aims to substantiate effective organizational-pedagogical mechanisms for attracting, onboarding, professionally developing, incentivizing, and retaining pedagogical staff within these organizations. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the development of an integrated "5R" model for preventing staff turnover in preschool educational organizations and the formulation of corresponding KPI metrics for assessment.
