GeoTransfer-MT: research data and reproducibility archive for blind cross-project transfer of a seismic–pressuremeter model between two metro projects

This archive contains the non-confidential analytical materials supporting the study “Blind cross-project transfer of a seismic–pressuremeter model between two metro projects: a borehole-aware external validation.” The study evaluates whether a relationship learned from Isfahan Metro Line 2 transfers to an independent Tabriz Metro Line 2 project without refitting. The archive preserves the derived analytical layer used for source-domain validation, blind external prediction, and post-blind transfer diagnostics. It includes Figures 1–8, machine-readable summary and diagnostic CSV files, staged analytical workbooks, supplementary tables, provenance and reproducibility documentation, analysis and audit scripts, computational-environment specifications, and SHA-256 integrity information. The underlying geotechnical, seismic, and pressuremeter source records are owned by third-party project stakeholders and are not redistributed. The authors have permission to use and publish the derived, non-confidential analytical information included in this release. Accordingly, the archive does not contain proprietary raw reports, original borehole coordinate registers, or restricted source spreadsheets. Complete reconstruction from the original project records requires authorized access to those records. The released workflow preserves same-borehole depth-aware matching, borehole-grouped validation, source-only model selection, blind model freezing, target-independent transfer evaluation, cluster-aware uncertainty, and post-blind diagnostics. The machine-learning environment used for the final analytical workflow is Python 3.13.5 with scikit-learn 1.8.0, NumPy 2.3.5, and SciPy 1.17.0.
