ABSTRACT Medical protective clothing requires both waterproof breathability and antistatic performance. However, surfactant‐based antistatic agents commonly used in polypropylene (PP) nonwoven membranes tend to migrate, compromising the hydrostatic‐pressure resistance of the polyethylene (PE) layer. To address this issue, a bio‐inspired anchoring strategy based on polydopamine (PDA) and a silane coupling agent (APTES) is proposed to stably anchor industrial‐grade multilayer graphene onto the surface of PP fibers, thereby constructing a durable antistatic functional layer. Comprehensive characterization results confirm the successful immobilization of graphene and the formation of a stable hybrid network. The modified material exhibited a significant reduction in surface resistance to 10 7 –10 9 Ω, while maintaining excellent performance even after washing, demonstrating remarkable durability. This strategy provides an effective solution for developing high‐performance antistatic PP materials.
