Bayesian ANCOVA code for the study of sexual dimorphism in weapon size, strength, mechanical efficiency and shape in two freshwater anomuran crabs, Aegla longirostri and Aegla abtao. Contains the geometric-morphometric data preparation script, two custom Stan ANCOVA models that fit separate intercepts, slopes and variances for each sex-by-species combination, the script that runs them through rstan, and the plotting code.
