The dataset contains data from one Atlantic salmon spawning site (47°12'39” N, 71°21'37” W) on the Sautauriski River, Québec, Canada. The dataset is described and used in Roncoroni et al. (accepted), accepted in North American Journal of Fisheries Management. For further information see Roncoroni et al. (accepted). Dataset details: 08082024_Bathymetry_DEM_EPSG2949.tif - Digital Elevation Model (DEM) of the spawning site (August 8, 2024), reconstructed using SfM-MVS photogrammetry and corrected for refraction at the air-water interface (bathymetry correction). The images were collected with a DJI Mavic 2 Pro on August 8, 2024, and processed in Agisoft Metashape (v. 2.1.4).
