Code and data for a restricted mean survival time (RMST) re-analysis of the RASolute 302 trial (daraxonrasib versus investigator's choice chemotherapy in previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; ClinicalTrials.gov NCT06625320), based on individual patient data reconstructed from the published Kaplan-Meier curves (O'Reilly et al., N Engl J Med 2026;395:325-37; doi:10.1056/NEJMoa2605555). The record contains:- Kaplan-Meier curve coordinates, numbers at risk and event counts taken from the vector drawings of the published figures (raw/), with MD5 and SHA-256 checksums- a Python script that regenerates these inputs from the article PDF, with the output of a verification run (extraction/)- R scripts that reconstruct the individual patient data with the Guyot algorithm (IPDfromKM) and reproduce all tables and figures of the article and its electronic supplementary material (scripts 00-11, run_all.R)- the complete output of the run used for the manuscript (output/), including the reconstructed datasets The analysis runs in about 5 minutes in R 4.3 or later; see README.md. The reconstructed data are pseudo-individual patient data derived from published figures and are not the trial's patient-level data. The article PDF is not included. Code: MIT License.
