Arcstone Computational Spine (ACS) — Academic Whitepaper Suite (Paper 8) Wireless transport media present stochastic contention, non-deterministic re-steering delays, and physical channel desensitization that violate real-time execution guarantees in mission-critical distributed systems. This paper presents the formal specification for mapping IEEE 802.11be (Wi-Fi 7) Multi-Link Operation (MLO) onto the Arcstone Computational Spine (ACS) as a deterministic, fail-closed transport primitive. Decoupling the MAC layer into Upper MAC (UMAC) and independent Lower MAC (LMAC) instances, we formalize a Predictive Latency Scheduler bound by an immutable sub-12ms execution ceiling (τ_override ≤ 11.99ms), zero-heap 4096-byte static reorder buffers, and total POSIX 40 interface teardown on link compromise or clock skew (>50 ticks). Linked to Primary Master Anchor (10.5281/zenodo.22665852) and the arcstone-continuity-core open-source repository. Core Mathematical & Hardware Invariants:• Predictive Latency Constraint: t_delivery ≤ τ_override (11.99ms)• Memory Envelope Cap: max_reorder_buffer_bytes ≤ 4096 bytes (Zero-Heap Array)• Vector Clock Skew Limit: max_vector_clock_skew_ticks ≤ 50 ticks• POSIX 40 Security Breach Isolation: Cryptographic Anomaly ⟹ Parent MLD Token Revocation & Total Interface Teardown• Cₒₚₛ = 0 (Zero Operational Drag)• Data_Egress_Sensitive = 0 (Zero Sensitive Egress)
