Underlying and Extended Data for: Implementation of Governance Capacity on Blue Economy Development Policy in Coastal Areas: A Case Study from East Nusa Tenggara Province

This repository contains the underlying and extended data supporting the article "Implementation of Governance Capacity on Blue Economy Development Policy in Coastal Areas: A Case Study from East Nusa Tenggara Province," a qualitative case study examining the implementation of governance capacity in blue economy development policy in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, Indonesia. To protect the confidentiality of the five key informants interviewed for this study, raw interview transcripts are not included. Instead, this repository provides anonymized data organized by informant code (I1–I5) and by governance capacity dimension (collective action, coordination, resilience, learning, and resources). Underlying data: - Extended_Data_2_Underlying_Data.xlsx, containing three sheets: (1) Informant Coding; composition and confidential coding of the five key informants; (2) Coded Interview Excerpt; anonymized, coded verbatim excerpts from the interviews; (3) Field Observation Summary: an anonymized summary of field observation findings. Extended data: - Extended_Data_1_Interview_Guide.docx, the semi-structured interview guide used to collect primary data, organized by the five governance capacity dimensions. - Figure_1_VOSviewer_Network.jpeg—bibliometric network visualisation of "governance capacity" research (2021–2026), generated from Scopus database records using VOSviewer, as presented in Figure 1 of the article.
