The dataset in the excel spreadsheet depicts the raw data for bar velocity in Tab 1 for both stable and unstable load conditions. The EMG and Myoton raw data is located in Tab 2 for both stable and unstable load conditions. With Tab 1, Column A represents 'sets' and B and C represent participant data for each repetition. Within Tab 2, column A and B represents participants data, column C to H represent set/condition. The equipment and software used to measure and collect the data for the variables listed in the spreadsheet are listed in the word document with all abbreviations reported in full. The dataset files will be made available on publication of the associated journal article.
