Gene Expression and Co-expression Matrices for SaGDB

This dataset provides the processed gene expression and co-expression data associated with the Spartina alterniflora Genome and Transcriptomic Database (SaGDB). It includes transcript-level raw-count matrices derived from four publicly available RNA-seq BioProjects (PRJNA949976, PRJNA1105679, PRJNA413596, and PRJNA1092402), covering multiple tissues, salt-stress treatments, and simulated tidal-treatment conditions. The complete TOM matrix is also provided as 21 split 7-Zip archive volumes (1 GiB per volume, except for the final volume). All volumes should be downloaded and placed in the same directory. Detailed descriptions of the files, data-processing procedures, and instructions for using the split TOM archive are provided in the accompanying README. Analysis scripts and reproducibility materials are maintained separately in the SaGDB GitHub repository.
