Model outputs from: Extreme climatic events shape adaptive potential by altering genetic variance for adult survival in a wild population
Résumé fourni par la source
This archive contains the full posterior draws from Bayesian models fitted to 2000-2024 ring-resighting and pedigree data from the Isle of May European shag population, with the main objective of quantifying additive genetic variance underlying adult survival and its evolutionary implications. IMPORTANT NOTES : • Detailed descriptions of the study system, data collection, and analyses are provided in our article entitled “Extreme climatic events shape adaptive potential by altering genetic variance for adult survival in a wild population”. The manuscript can be provided upon request at paul.acker@ntnu.no. Publishing information including a DOI link will be added here upon publication or preprint release. • The present archive contains model outputs produced by the code for the main analyses (the complete posterior samples, and a script to generate full numerical summaries): https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22283704. • A first archive contains all the required data: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22274665. • Another archive contains the code for reading the data files and running the analyses: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22283504.
