This article presents a clinical observation of successful removal of a foreign body from the retrorectal space in a patient with a pelvic gunshot wound using minimally invasive surgical techniques. The foreign body was localized between the sacrum and the rectum, with damage to the wall of the rectum. Surgical extraction of the foreign body was performed using intraoperative combined radiation monitoring (ultrasound navigation and C-arc) under local anesthesia. There were no postoperative complications.
