Supplementary documentation, aggregate results, tables, figures, provenance manifests, and evidence-chain audits for a preregistered evaluation of spatial decision reliability in reflective-pavement prioritization. The registered stopping rule led to a reliability-boundary paper rather than a deployment map. This report record supplements the immutable OSF preregistration. Correction notice (8 September 2026). This version contains an outdated supplementary-information copy that describes the Branch-B baseline decision as a preregistered trigger. The protocol preregistered the abstention option but did not specify a numerical or majority-based outer-fold trigger. Version 1.1.0 corrects the provenance statement and removes duplicate manuscript and supplementary-information files; no model, prediction, endpoint, interval, applicability result, reporting conclusion, or map-release decision changed. The authoritative supplementary information is submitted with the article for publisher hosting if published, while the preregistration protocol and amendment basis remain at https://doi.org/10.17605/OSF.IO/KURC3.
