Traditional dermatological interventions for pattern hair loss frequently rely on single-target, reductionist pharmacological agents that often fail to address the underlying systemic metabolic and inflammatory environment of the scalp. This paper presents the MHS Hair Restoration Protocol, an integrated systems-biology model designed to modulate hair follicle cycling via the gut-microbiome-endocannabinoidome (eCBome) axis and targeted topical therapeutics. The protocol combines a structured dietary framework—emphasizing dietary fiber, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and \beta-caryophyllene-rich culinary spices—with a dual-phase topical architecture separating aqueous-soluble active compounds (caffeine, niacinamide, panthenol, cannabidiol, and indigenous botanical extracts) from lipid-soluble botanical carriers (Helichrysum kraussii and Lippia javanica essential oils). By shifting the primary clinical evaluation metric from short-term hair count to overall follicular microenvironment restoration, this protocol establishes a reproducible, evidence-informed framework for sustainable hair health.
