libsbgnpy is a python library to work with the Systems Biology Graphical Notation (SBGN) with source code available from https://github.com/matthiaskoenig/libsbgnpy Features include python bindings of the SBGN-ML schema, generated with xsdata reading and writing of SBGN documents, including SBGN-ML 0.1 and 0.2 notes, extensions and render information validation against the SBGN XSD schema rendering of maps as images Documentation is available from https://matthiaskoenig.github.io/libsbgnpy.
