This repository contains the raw experimental data corresponding to the paper entitled "A quantitative approach to characterize and predict cell death and cell population recovery from β-lactam treatments," and authored by Andreani, Gross, and colleagues. This is the second version of the repository, containing data supporting the revised version of the paper. It contains all the initial and the new data, together with an updated README file. The analysis of the data and the creation of the figures of the paper can be done using the code available at https://gitlab.inria.fr/InBio/Public/esbl-escape. The README file briefly describes data organization.
