This research-data record provides the non-sensitive derived analytical materials supporting the study “Testing the reproducibility of mechanical-response families in heterogeneous urban ground: A multimodal borehole study of Isfahan Metro Line 2”. The archive documents a validation-centered analysis of 407 verified downhole observations from 22 seismic boreholes. The response space comprises shear-wave velocity (Vs), reported dynamic Young’s modulus (E), and local finite-difference descriptors of vertical response variability. The archived materials include the final validation workbook, the public manuscript figure assets, a de-identified plan-view figure, a deterministic reproduction/audit script, environment specifications, metadata, provenance notes, and integrity checksums. The archive supports reproducibility and auditability of the reported K-selection, borehole-level perturbation stability, feature ablation, spatial-neighbor sensitivity, permutation testing, multimodal corroboration, pressuremeter cross-scale summaries, gradient-sampling quality assurance, and algorithm-sensitivity results. The underlying project investigation report and record-level raw measurements are not redistributed because they are project-specific engineering records subject to data-owner and confidentiality restrictions.
