Advancing Earth Observation collaboration between France and the Netherlands

This white paper gives the outcomes and recommendations of a workshop to advance Earth Observation collaboration between France and the Netherlands. It was organised by Centre National d'Études Spatiales (CNES) and Space Research Organisation Netherlands (SRON) and supported by specialists from LSCE, LATMOS, TNO, LISA/ISPL, KNMI, NLSA, LOA and VUA. The participants in the workshop on Earth Observation formulated recommendations for collaboration that are both concrete and ambitious. Our joint communities can spearhead scientific advancement, and we should begin without delay because the state of our climate and environment necessitates immediate and accelerated action.
