Experimental force–displacement and optical strain measurement data for thin-walled columns

The dataset contains experimental data obtained during tests of thin-walled columns. It includes force–displacement curves obtained from experimental tests and images presenting the results of optical measurements of column deformation.The force–displacement plots show the relationship between the applied axial compressive force and the displacement recorded during the tests for the analysed column specimens. The optical measurement images illustrate the deformation behaviour of the tested columns and enable the identification and assessment of deformation patterns occurring during loading.The dataset documents the experimental response of the analysed thin-walled columns under axial compression and provides data supporting the analysis of their load-bearing capacity and deformation behaviour. The files are provided in JPG format and correspond to the individual specimens analysed in the experimental programme.
