Résumé fourni par la source
Highlights Settling-drag viscosity as a config option, and the mass-coordinate mesh refresh (#38): separation_viscosity selects the drag viscosity in the gravitational separation velocity: "melt" (default, the single-phase melt viscosity of Abe 1995 and SPIDER) or "mixture" (the rheological-transition-blended bulk viscosity). Both engines, single-sourced and validated at config time, active mode logged at solver initialisation. With mass_coordinates = true, basic-node pressure and the flux-path density are refreshed from the solved radii after the mesh solve, as SPIDER does. Validated in coupled caps-off PROTEUS runs at 80 and 160 levels: with "mixture" the CMB temperature collapse is gone and the result is resolution-independent; with "melt" the collapse remains. PROTEUS sets "mixture" as its coupled default. Docs describe both modes, the equation with the absolute density contrast, the regime boundaries and their sources. Also in this release: the step-cap log line names the margin that fired (#35), the nightly CI timeout is 120 minutes (#37), the melt-solid mobility docs page, and the shared PROTEUS documentation theme.
