Bidirectional human-AI collaboration in brain tumour assessment improves both expert human and AI agent performance: analysis code and source data
Rattachement africain : gb. Niveau de preuve : code pays fourni par la source.
Le résumé fourni par la source
Analysis code, per-figure reproduction scripts and de-identified, aggregate source data for the multi-reader multi-case randomised crossover study reported in the paper of the same title (Nature Communications, 2026). Every figure and table in the paper is regenerated live from the bundled CSV inputs by the scripts in code/; the stdout of each script is captured in data/logs/. Raw patient imaging is not included and is held under controlled access. The trained model weights are deposited separately at 10.5281/zenodo.20055549.
