Audited code, final Colab notebooks, immutable protocol manifests, aggregate outer-test result files, compact prediction analyses, clustered statistical outputs, and manuscript artifact builders for Revision 2. This version preserves the completed Revision 1 experiments and numerical results, adds the final Figure 1 and Figure 2 formatting corrections, and records the clarified status of the reviewer-motivated single-seed RF power-law sensitivity control. Raw IQ recordings, derived HDF5 caches, checkpoints, and resume files are excluded; the public data and cache-generation code are identified in the archive.
