Cross-Scale Stiffness Contrast in Heterogeneous Urban Soils: Borehole-Aware Seismic-Ménard Comparison — Data and Reproducibility Package
Le résumé fourni par la source
This record accompanies the research article “Cross-Scale Stiffness Contrast in Heterogeneous Urban Soils: Borehole-Aware Seismic-Ménard Comparison” and provides the public documentation and computational materials supporting reproducibility of the reported analytical workflow. The study develops a borehole-aware and provenance-conscious framework for comparing seismic small-strain stiffness with conventional Ménard pressuremeter response. The workflow preserves source provenance, applies same-borehole depth-support matching, distinguishes operational evidence from an independence-sensitive one-to-one branch, derives dynamic small-strain stiffness from harmonized density and seismic wave velocities, and evaluates uncertainty, borehole influence, external transferability, and borehole-level spatial dependence. The public reproducibility package contains analysis scripts, computational-environment information, workflow documentation, provenance methodology, and selected non-confidential analytical outputs. The original project workbooks, spatially identifying information, and other source-derived materials subject to third-party ownership restrictions are not publicly released. Accordingly, complete numerical reconstruction of the study requires authorized access to the underlying project data. The documented workflow corresponds to the principal analytical branches reported in the manuscript, including the 207 operational matched pairs, the 42-pair deterministic one-to-one sensitivity set, borehole-cluster bootstrap uncertainty analysis, leave-one-borehole-out diagnostics, external benchmark transferability analysis, and borehole-level Moran diagnostics. The package is intended to support transparent inspection of the computational workflow, provenance decisions, analytical logic, and reproducibility procedures while respecting restrictions on third-party project data.
