This dataset contains anonymized processed EEG time series underlying Figures 9–13 and the EEG-derived numerical summaries reported in Tables 3 and 4 of the associated manuscript, “Electroencephalography signal analysis using non-harmonic methods for enhanced detection of small signals.” The dataset represents five participants identified only as S01–S05. It includes processed single-channel EEG time series, RMSE distributions underlying Figure 12, summary values for Tables 3 and 4, a data dictionary, figure-to-data mapping, a file manifest, and SHA-256 checksums. Direct participant identifiers, specific acquisition dates, acquisition-system participant metadata, and the private identity mapping are not included. The study was approved by the Non-Medical Research Ethics Review Committee of the University of Toyama (approval no. H2016018). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants.
