RNA-seq dataset for natural Aeromonas salmonicida infection in farmed turbot
Résumé fourni par la source
Supplementary dataset containing the complete RNA-seq results used to characterize the transcriptional response of cutaneous lesions associated with natural Aeromonas salmonicida infection in farmed turbot (Scophthalmus maximus), compared with apparently healthy skin from the same fish. The workbook includes raw gene-level counts, functional annotation, lists of significantly upregulated and downregulated genes, and complete Gene Ontology (GO) and KEGG pathway enrichment outputs. Differentially expressed genes were defined using an adjusted p-value < 0.05 and an absolute log2 fold-change > 1. GO enrichment was analyzed using ClueGO, and KEGG pathway enrichment using clusterProfiler. Functional annotation was obtained using eggNOG-mapper v2.
