Predicting Biological Responses to Urban Stream Rehabilitation
Résumé fourni par la source
This archive contains the data and R scripts supporting an assessment of how rehabilitation type and intensity influence predicted macroinvertebrate recovery across 14 urban stream sites in Coimbra, Portugal. It includes observed baseline presence/absence data, transformed and standardised abiotic inputs for the baseline and six hydromorphological, nutrient-reduction and combined rehabilitation scenarios, and the corresponding HYDRA-predicted taxon occurrence probabilities. The archive also contains the site-level biotic metrics and functional feeding-group compositions used in the analyses, together with the R scripts for PERMANOVA, multivariate dispersion, NMDS and data visualisation. The trained HYDRA model used to generate the predictions is publicly available through AQUAWEB at https://aquaweb.uc.pt/vermodelo.php?id=102018. Detailed file descriptions and workflow information are provided in README.txt.
