Actuality.Aging is a complex process marked by molecular and cellular damage, leading to immunosenescence and increased risk of chronic diseases.Phytotherapeutic interventions are widely used and show multifunctional potential, including modulation of signaling pathways, neuroprotective and cardiovascular benefits, and epigenetic regulation.Although phytochemicals interact with immune-associated pathways, their effects on ageing-related immune dysfunction and associated health conditions remain incompletely understood.
