The dataset contains daily continuous GPS time series of 3D ground displacement at the Campi Flegrei caldera (Italy) from January 2000 to December 2025. Extending the 2000-2019 record (De Martino et al., 2021; Zenodo - 10.5281/zenodo.6389919), this release provides a homogeneous 26-year-long sequence from 21 onshore stations of the Neapolitan Volcanoes Continuous GPS network (INGV - Osservatorio Vesuviano). Raw data were processed using Bernese GPS Software version 5.0 and final IGS products, with regional tectonic velocities removed via a local reference frame of stable external stations. The dataset comprises 21 ASCII text files containing Modified Julian Date (MJD), North, East, and Vertical displacements in meters, and their formal uncertainties.
