Résumé fourni par la source

The Music Production Research Database (MPRD) is a curated bibliographic dataset for examining the historical formation and institutional development of music production research. This version preserves the source-valid 955-record active analytical corpus, project-authored corpus and public classification fields, aggregate values used by the interactive database, a data dictionary, corpus manifest, methods and limitations, rights and provenance information, and checksums. The package is intentionally minimal. It supports citation and audit of the corpus boundary, curation decisions, and aggregate indicators without archiving the working software repository or making a public source-code maintenance commitment. It excludes abstracts and generated summaries, PDFs and full text, copied publisher material, private review records and comments, local paths and infrastructure data, and record-level inferred demographic attributes. The active analytical corpus follows community != "aes" and content_tier == "tier1". Audio Engineering Society records remain comparison material rather than part of the 955-record headline corpus. Automated topic and classification fields are exploratory and retain confidence and review-status information; they are not presented as complete human-verified categories. The source base is predominantly English-language and does not constitute a complete global census. Book and conference coverage is uneven, network measures depend on observed metadata, topic assignments are source-sensitive, and aggregate demographic analyses use explicitly stated known-data denominators. Project-authored selection, annotations, documentation, and aggregate transformations are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. Bibliographic metadata sourced from OpenAlex (openalex.org) is CC0. Other underlying bibliographic facts retain their stated source provenance and are not relicensed as third-party creative content. No abstracts, full text, or publisher material are included.
