QueueLess is a Flutter-based virtual queue management application designed to reduce the inconvenience, time and physical effort associated with waiting in traditional queues. In hospitals, banks and government offices, users often have to remain physically present until their turn arrives. QueueLess provides a digital alternative by allowing users to select a service, choose a department, book a virtual token and monitor queue information through a mobile application. The application uses Flutter and Dart for the front-end and Firebase services for authentication and cloud data management. Users can register and log in, select hospitals, banks or government services, generate virtual tokens and view their bookings and live queue status. QR scanning is included for convenient service identification. An administrator can access a separate admin dashboard to manage the complete queue system. The administrator can view all bookings, search and filter bookings based on service type or token number, approve bookings, complete services, delete bookings, and monitor booking statistics through the Admin Analytics module. When booking status changes, notification information can also be stored and provided to the respective user.
