The datasets contain the data from the paper "Updated in-flight calibration of the Hayabusa2/NIRS3 spectrometer: new global near-infrared photometric properties of asteroid (162173) Ryugu" (PSJ, 2026). The data include two photometrically-corrected (i = 30 deg, e = 0 deg, phase = 30 deg) spectral maps (85 spectral channels from 461 to 2976 nm) of the Moon from the L2 data of the M3 spectrometer onboard Chandrayaan-1 as well the channel-wavelength relationship TXT file. The maps were created with a spatial resolution of 0.5 deg/px and the files correspond to arrays of size (85, 720, 360). Both are in FITS file format. 1. Raw map (M3_global_cube_0p5deg_final.fits): Map produced from the L2 level M3 data (OP2C1 mission phase). 2. Interpolated map (M3_global_cube_0p5deg_final_interp.fits): Map produced from M3_global_cube_0p5deg_final.fitsby applying 2D linear interpolation to fill the lunar regions not observed by M3. 3. Channel-wavelength relationship (wavel.txt): One column text file containing the value of the wavelength for the 85 spectral channels (85 rows).
