Simulation data for "Reduced Subgrid-Scale Terms for Turbulence Simulations with the Lattice Boltzmann Method"

Simulation output needed to regenerate every figures from "Reduced Subgrid-Scale Terms for Turbulence Simulations with the Lattice Boltzmann Method": 2D Kolmogorov flow at Re = 10 000 and 3D channel flow at Re_tau = 180. Two zips, one per case: TO_for_LBM_data_2d.zip (7.42 GB) and TO_for_LBM_data_3d.zip (3.22 GB). This is a curated subset of ~34 GB of raw output -- only the runs and file kinds the figure scripts open. See README.txt for the layout and SHA256SUMS for checksums. The code that produced it, and the scripts that turn it back into the figures, are at github.com/rik-stra/TO_for_LBM; fetch_data.sh there downloads and unpacks this record. Not included: the reference DNS data of Vreman & Kuerten that the 3D profile figures overlay. fetch_data.sh downloads it from vremanresearch.nl.
