This dataset contains the raw and processed omics data underlying the mRNA‑sequencing and metabolomics results presented in this manuscript, including mRNA‑seq data from mouse lungs following in vivo adenosine treatment for 3 days and 7 days, mRNA‑seq data from mouse bone marrow‑derived neutrophils treated with adenosine in vitro for 24 h and 48 h, mass spectrometry‑based metabolomics data from human peripheral serum, and mass spectrometry‑based metabolomics data from mouse serum. These files serve as the source data for all mRNA‑seq‑related figures as well as the murine and human metabolite figures in the manuscript, ensuring full transparency and reproducibility of the reported findings.
